Ozark offers competitive pay starting at $0.59 to $0.63 per mile, depending on your experience—no gimmicks, just straightforward pay. We’ve also introduced a new per diem program, along with medical, dental, and vision benefits that start on day one. Other perks include a sign-on bonus, flexible home time, and a 401(K) plan to help you plan for the future. We also offer a $2,000 bonus for each experienced driver you refer, with full details available by calling Ozark.
We understand the importance of making life on the road as smooth as possible, which is why we provide PrePass for weigh station bypass, EZ Pass, and even a rider and pet program. We’ve eliminated the hassles of loading and unloading, and there are no hazmat, Canada, or NYC routes to worry about.
To apply, you’ll need to meet a few requirements. You must have a valid CDL-A, be at least 21 years old, and have at least three months of recent, verifiable tractor-trailer experience. We also require a clean driving record, with no more than two moving violations in the last two years, and no DUIs in the past seven years. Please note that Ozark is not a second chance company, meaning we do not participate in the SAP program.
